What is RTI-353?

Introduction

RTI(-4229)-353 is a phenyltropane derived drug which acts as an SSRI (Navarro et al., 2001).

Tamagnan et al. (2006) also made some phenyltropanes with high activity and selectivity for the SERT (pM affinity).
